The good times continue to keep on rolling at Liverpool as the awards continue to come through the Anfield door for some of their star men. Of course, it is perhaps no surprise that many of them have earned recognition for their work and efforts this season, however it is always nice to receive it.

Being rewarded in any walk of life is always a nice feeling, whether it be in football or when simply playing at the right online casino after using Online Casino Snoop, as it can help to further motivations and desires to continue to do well and push on with different challenges.

Therefore, who has won what award for Liverpool and why have they won it?

Jürgen Klopp

Jürgen Klopp has been named Premier League Manager of the Season for 2019-20, as the boss led his side to a historic first league title for 30 years; with the Reds amassing a club-record 99 points to triumph by an 18-point margin.

Klopp’s men won 32 of their 38 fixtures in the top flight, having navigated the opening 27 rounds of games without a defeat and dropping just two points before going on a little blip – however the hard work had already been completed after he defined the “very clear rules” they have in place at the club.

The championship was clinched with seven matches remaining – an all-time record – and became the fourth major honour the club has collected during the German’s tenure.

It is the second award he has won this year in regards to being crowned the best manager of the year, as he had previously been presented with the League Managers Association’s Manager of the Year honour in July.

Trent Alexander-Arnold

Trent Alexander-Arnold has been named Premier League Young Player of the Season for 2019-20.

The No.66 claimed the award having played a key role in Liverpool’s top-flight triumph, appearing in all 38 fixtures of the campaign.

Alexander-Arnold, who was also nominated for the league’s Player of the Season honour, broke his own record for assists by a defender in a single Premier League season.

The 21-year-old produced 13 assists in 2019-20 and also netted four goals to help Klopp’s side become champions.

The Premier League is the fourth major honour the Academy graduate has lifted since making a first-team breakthrough in the 2016-17 season.

Jordan Henderson

In what has been an incredible year for Jordan Henderson already, he has now been named Liverpool’s Standard Chartered Men’s Player of the Season for 2019-20.

The midfielder claims the award after a stellar past campaign as Reds captain that saw him lift the Premier League, FIFA Club World Cup and UEFA Super Cup.

Henderson was determined winner of the accolade after votes from supporters were combined with nominations from the club’s official former players association, Forever Reds.

He edged out Sadio Mane to first place in the results as Trent Alexander-Arnold finished in third.

The No.14 made 40 appearances for Klopp’s side in all competitions throughout 2019-20, scoring four goals and registering five assists in a solid campaign.

Though his season was brought to a premature end due to a knee injury, Henderson was still able to become the first Liverpool skipper in three decades to lift the top-flight crown.

Away from the pitch, the Reds’ current longest-serving player has been consistently lauded by teammates and coaching staff for his professionalism and leadership qualities displayed on a daily basis.

It’s another prize to add to the 30-year-old’s individual honours list after scooping the prestigious Football Writers’ Association Men’s Footballer of the Year award last month.
