Champions League:

With three days remaining until the Champions League final, Liverpool could go into the game with a full bill of health. Emre Can has stepped up his fitness during training and the midfielder is itching to feature in the final.

Should the reds win on Saturday, they will take home £70 million in prize money.

Former Liverpool midfielder Xabi Alonso has spoken regarding his former team making the final.

Alonso: “With this team, from the beginning I had the feeling that they could beat anyone, that in any game anything could happen, especially at Anfield [where] they were so strong.

You could see that Anfield was rocking in the European nights and they had that feeling, that belief that they could make it. The games were thrilling, so exciting to play, so exciting to watch, and I had big confidence in what they have done.“

Transfer News:

Lyon’s President has warned Liverpool they must break the bank if they wish to sign Nabil Fekir. The reds have been linked with the midfielder in the past few days and he is on the top of Jurgen Klopp’s wanted list.

Jean-Michel Aluas told SFR Sport: There has been no contact with Liverpool or any other club so we haven’t discussed the future.”

Nabil Fekir is expected to cost around £60m should Liverpool sign the French midfielder.

Liverpool target Christian Pulisic refused to comment on his future with the club interested in the Dortmund player.

Pulisic: “Of course, I am still finishing my season strong with Dortmund. I’ve been happy here all season. I’ve enjoyed the game. Which is most important. I am looking forward to having a good break this summer.

There have been a lot of ups and downs this season but it gave me a lot of time to look back and learn.”
